  • Visually inspect for leaks in the venting
  • Check Temperature difference
  • Check thermostat for accuracy and levelness
  • Check drain lines and look for any condensation leaks
  • Check the ignitor
  • Check the burners for build up or rust
  • Inspect all air filters for better air filtration on each inspection
  • and replace if provided by the customer
  • Check the blower wheel for cleanliness and balance
  • Inspect all belts and tighten if necessary
  • Check the transformers
  • Check electrical connections
  • Check the contactors or relays for pitting or electrical continuity
  • Check the running capacitors for all of the motors
  • Check the safety controls
  • Check the induced draft pressure switches for debris and proper operation
  • Check the venturi on the burners and clean if necessary
  • Check the condensate pump and visually inspect the discharge tubing
  • Lubricate all bearings, motors when necessary
  • Inspect exposed ductwork for leakage
  • Check the voltage applied to all electric motors
  • Check the operating current of all electric
  • Check the indoor unit for levelness
  • Check the disconnect
  • Inspect furnace/boiler wiring assembly for loose connections
  • Check gas pressure and adjust if necessary
  • Clean the flame sensor

These people are the BEST. Even though MLK day was a holiday and it was right after a snowstorm they were able to send over Dustin, who diagnosed a very complicated problem with my gas furnace and was able to fix it straight away. Super reasonable rates too, so I’m beyond impressed. Ten stars!
